This dish is great for a summer cookout or spring picnic. It is especially delicious when all the veggies and herbs are homegrown! And it’s incredibly easy to make.
1 cucumber, 3 tomatoes, 3 green onion leaves, 1 packed cup of alfalfa sprouts, parsley, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper
Serves: 4 people
- Dice the green onions and mix in a bowl with chopped basil and parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Peel and dice the cucumber and dice the tomatoes. Mix into bowl with the sprouts and other ingredients.
- Serve, eat, enjoy!
