A recipe to spice up my potato love life. This one takes your taste buds on a trip around the world. I wanted to try something different than my go-to potato recipes (you’ve seen ‘em all). But curry & oregano TOGETHER? With amino acids? Was I crazy? Apparently not. Your mouth will be like, “Wait, this Bragg’s tastes like soy sauce… Am I in China? Oh hey curry, are we in India? Oregano, where’d you come from? Is this Greece?” No, people, we’re not in Kansas anymore.
Red potatoes, Bragg’s liquid amino acid, apple cider vinegar, curry, oregano, pepper
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and boil.
- Drain any excess water.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients to your liking. I recommend a little at a time as too much of one can give an overwhelming taste… and you’ll miss out on that global cuisine in your mouth.
- Serve, eat, travel the globe, enjoy!
