A recipe to spice up my potato love life. This one takes your taste buds on a trip around the world. I wanted to try something different than my go-to potato recipes (you’ve seen ‘em all). But curry & oregano TOGETHER?   With amino acids? Was I crazy? Apparently not. Your mouth will be like, “Wait, this Bragg’s tastes like soy sauce… Am I in China? Oh hey curry, are we in India? Oregano, where’d you come from? Is this Greece?” No, people, we’re not in Kansas anymore.

Ingredients:

Red potatoes, Bragg’s liquid amino acid, apple cider vinegar, curry, oregano, pepper

Directions:

  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and boil.
  • Drain any excess water.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients to your liking. I recommend a little at a time as too much of one can give an overwhelming taste… and you’ll miss out on that global cuisine in your mouth.
  • Serve, eat, travel the globe, enjoy!
