When I looked at the ingredients of a store brand hot sauce one day, I decided never to buy one again. The preservatives and unnecessary additives made me gag. With this homemade hot sauce, I can get the Chipotle flavor in a healthy way. Hurray for kitchen experiments!
2 garlic cloves minced, 1 key lime squeezed, 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 4 Tbsp Bragg’s liquid amino acid, 3 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp red pepper chili flakes, 1 Tbsp cumin, ½ Tbsp paprika
Makes: 2 servings (flavoring for 1 dish)
- Add all ingredients together in a cup and whisk thoroughly.
- Use in any recipes calling for hot sauce.
