Cucumber & Tomato Salad Recipe

Taste a little summer this winter! Quick and easy, delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 onion (of choice), 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, olive oil, salt, pepper

Serves: 3 people

Directions:

1. Chop the vegetables and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

2. Serve, eat, enjoy!
