Avocado & Sundried Tomatoes Sandwich

I’m on a sundried tomato kick and one can never get enough avocado, so behold a messy but scrumptious, easy and quick sandwich recipe! In case you forgot how to make a sandwich, I’ve conveniently included instructions below.

Ingredients:

2 slices gluten-free bread, 1 small avocado, 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, 1 lettuce leaf, salt & pepper

Serves: 1 person

Directions:

  1. Spread the avocado on the bread slices
  2. Plop on the sundried tomatoes
  3. Sprinkle some salt & pepper to flavor
  4. Add a piece of lettuce
  5. Close the sandwich, serve, eat, enjoy!
